As a published national and international award winning nature

and wildlife photographer, my goal is to try to connect people with the abundance

of nature's beauty.

The constant change of nature will always fascinate and mesmerize me. 

The different lights and movements it offers, from harsh daylight to soothing pastel colors, from the serenity of a morning’s calm waters to a storm’s intense drama,

are all moments that are a challenge and a joy to capture in the lens.

 

Through photography I am hoping to bring nature to others, to convey the awed wonder of nature’s grace and allure. I also want to share what is not always clear

to the human eye and to give an appreciation of details and movements of wildlife.

 

I have always enjoyed taking photographs but the advent of digital photography inspired me to develop a hobby into a passion. 

 

Born in Stockholm, Sweden and an American resident for most of my adult life,

Siesta Key in Sarasota has been my home since 2004.

The closeness to the beach, Gulf of Mexico and also “old Florida” nature gives

me ample opportunity to capture what I think is the best Florida has to offer.
